The impressive appearance of the building is due to an interesting cooling system – a ventilated facade. Thanks to the genius of the architect, the complete harmony of this masterpiece of stone, technology and the beautiful, inspiring and slightly surreal Catalonia nature was achieved.

The villa is a new build, two-storied home with a basement floor. It was designed and constructed to provide an exceptional quality of life, healthy indoor environment and energy efficiency. House has a well-insulated and air tight building envelope, which includes ventilated panels and a low leakage rate of 1 air change per hour at 50 Pascal pressure. These features and well insulated doors help to ensure energy-efficient building.
The house was oriented to take advantage of the site’s solar potential and maximize solar exposure. It has windows sized and placed to contribute to passive solar heating in winter and roof overhangs designed to provide shade in the warmer months. For summer cooling the main interior materials are marble and granite. All this is complemented by an excellent climate system with air conditioning in each room.
The villa features four double bedrooms, six bathrooms, multi-purpose room, deck and swimming pool for outdoor living, indoor pool and garage for two cars on the basement floor. It’s fully furnished and decorated.

The first floor

The bright, open first floor of this amazing house features the open space living area with well equipped kitchen, shared bathroom and guest bedroom with own bathroom. The living room is furnished with chic soft furniture and has a flat-screen satellite TV. French doors give a good overview and access to the spacious backyard with lawn and swimming pool. Ideal for family games, picnic or party with friends. And no matter how many: thanks to the system of sliding doors, the boundaries between spaces outside and inside the house easily and naturally disappear! You can easily communicate and move around, concentrating on relatives and friends all without exception! The cooking area organically connects with the dining area where you can enjoy not only cooking, but also the food and liquor. The kitchen is equipped with a bar counter and a dining table, oven, induction stove, kitchen hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge and all essential equipment for meal preparation – 33 positions of kitchenware. Also, you can quickly access the pool through a separate door if you would like to refresh your drinks. Size of the pool is 4 by 8 meters, it has automatic filtration and lighting system. The shared bathroom has a rare light-penetrating marble finishing. When you turn on the internal lightning, the room is transformed and produces an indelible impression. There is also a washbasin, toilet and shower cabin. An important plus is well-groomed wide beach located nearby.

The second floor

There are three comfortable bedrooms with own bathrooms and a staircase to the roof with an observation deck. All rooms are decorated with marble and furnished with wardrobes, beds and bedside tables. Master bedroom is more spacious and has a wide panoramic window from which you can see the caressing view of the immaculate blue of the Balearic Sea. Master bathroom features bidet, toilet and double sink for a comfortable beginning of the day and a large hydro massage tub for a pleasant pastime and relaxation. Two guest rooms are decorated in their own unique style: • room with a large double bed and own bathroom equipped with a shower; • room with a large double bed and own bathroom, equipped with a bath tub.

Basement floor

There is a huge garage 6.5 by 6.5 meters for two cars with simple and reliable radio-controlled mechanism for lifting the gates and also covered parking space outside the garage. A spacious multipurpose room on this floor can be used for a gym or additional guest bedroom. Icing on the cake is a comfortable indoor pool with a beautiful illumination, which allows you to hideaway and be independent of the weather. Pool has a good size: 4.5 by 3.5 meters and can be heated to 30 ºC. The level of illumination is controlled and you can easily create a romantic atmosphere.

Observation deck

There is an observation deck on the roof of considerable size: 100 meters. It is perfect for secluded sunbathing or yoga in the morning light. Rocas Doradas villa is the highest point in surrounding landscape and allows you both to avoid curious glances and fully feast your eyes on majestic mountains, cozy bay, endless blue sea and enjoy picturesque sunsets and sunrises. Also, this space can be easily converted into the central place of a great party.

For a change, you can visit the Tarragona city and spent some time wandering among ancient Roman ruins, visit museums and dine in excellent restaurants. For those who wish to refresh their wardrobe – there are shopping malls with famous and local brands in all diversity. And trying to visit them all is a real challenge even for the most experienced shoppers. The city is in a 45 minutes’ drive from the villa.

5 minutes’ less takes the road to Port Aventura – certainly well known to all who had ever visit Costa Dorada. This theme park amazes with its size and offered attractions, variety of bars and restaurants. By the way in 2014 this park became the first European resort, which hosts the Cirque du Soleil.

Moreover, for nature lovers, there is a vast territory to explore at the delta of the Ebre River – a natural reservation with rice fields, walking flamingos and a huge number of beautiful storks. In summer month, it's also a popular place for kite surfing.

All in all, your opportunities to find interesting places are limited only by your imagination. Fans of the ‘Game of Thrones’ can always take a trip to Seville and for those interested in history, there are ancient fortress in 25 minutes’ drive in Miravet or widely spread ruins of fortifications in Tortosa.
